By booking a retreat or using this website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read carefully.

Booking & Payments

  • A deposit is required to secure your space on the retreat.

  • Full payment is due by the deadline specified during booking.

  • Payment plans may be available upon request.

  • All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.

Cancellation Policy

  • Deposits are non-refundable, except in the case of retreat cancellation by the organizer.

  • If you cancel:

    • More than 90 days before the retreat start date: 100% refund of any payments made (excluding deposit).

    • Less than 90 days before: No refund.

  • Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect your investment in case of unexpected circumstances.

Organizer Rights

We reserve the right to:

  • Cancel or reschedule the retreat due to unforeseen circumstances (full refund provided in case of cancellation).

  • Adjust the itinerary based on weather or safety considerations.

  • Deny participation to anyone whose behavior negatively affects the group experience.

Travel Requirements

  • Participants are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports and any required visas.

  • You are responsible for your own travel to the retreat start location unless otherwise stated.

  • Participants must disclose any medical conditions that could affect their participation.

Assumption of Risk

By joining the retreat, you acknowledge:

  • Sailing, swimming, hiking, and related activities carry inherent risks.

  • You participate voluntarily and are responsible for your own safety.

  • You release Sail ’N Rise, its organizers, and partners from liability for injuries, losses, or damages.

Insurance

Travel and health insurance is highly recommended. It is your responsibility to ensure coverage for travel delays, medical emergencies, or cancellations.

Code of Conduct

  • A positive, respectful attitude is required.

  • No prior sailing experience is necessary, but cooperation and teamwork are encouraged.

  • Participants agree to follow safety instructions from the captain and retreat leaders.

Use of Photos & Media

Photos or videos may be taken during the retreat for promotional purposes. Please inform us in writing if you prefer not to appear in any promotional materials.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website.
