Irina is the visionary and guide behind this retreat — a life coach, wellness retreat leader, licensed practicing CPA, and lifelong student of growth and resilience. With a grounded, supportive presence, she helps women overcome fear, reconnect with their strength, and step confidently into new experiences.
Drawing on her background in both coaching and business, Irina brings a thoughtful balance of structure and soul to everything she leads. She creates retreats that are not only beautiful and restful, but also transformational — spaces where women can feel safe, challenged, inspired, and restored.
Passionate about healthy living and mindful travel, Irina infuses each day with intentional touches, from nourishing meals to meaningful conversations.
